1. Are my personal details safe?
1sme.run believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all customers with strict and effective security measures on our site. It is our policy not to sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number or address, to third parties. We use VeriSign SSL to process your credit card details.

2. Do you send to another country?
Yes, we offer international delivery.

3. Do I have to pay sales tax if I order outside the United Kingdom?
No, there is no sales tax on our site.

4. Can I send a package to another address?
Yes, that's possible. Your shipping address may differ from your billing address. But your billing address must match your specified credit card.
Send us an e-mail to the new address in such a style:
name, no of the house

postcode and country and phone number

5. Can a woman order from the men and vice versa?
Certainly! Please note that the size of the men is slightly longer and wider than that of ladies, so a men's size 40 will fit and feel larger than the women's size 40.

6. Can you make custom pair of shoes?
Unfortunately we can not make custom shoes / colors / sizes etc.

7. Why do I not receive e-mails from you?
Check that our e-mail did not end up in your spam. If that is not the case, you may have entered the wrong e-mail address at the time of purchase. Contact customer support to provide your customer information and help them to find out what could be wrong.

8. Can I change my order after my credit card has been charged?
Note: after an order has been made and processed, it is difficult to carry out the processing and removal. If you want to change the order, click on the contact button. We will do our best to meet your situation. But once the order has been shipped, the order can not be changed or canceled.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested before the item has been shipped. We usually process your order within 24 hours and ship the item within 24-48 hours. After the item has been shipped, the order can not be canceled.

10. How do I know that my order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

11. Will I receive my tracking number by e-mail after my order has been shipped?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number once the order has been approved for shipping, a tracking number is assigned and transferred to the warehouse for shipping. Please note: although your order has been marked as shipped and you receive this email confirmation, it is allowed to have tracking information available for a maximum of 12-24 hours.

12. How can I check the status of my order?
Follow the link on the confirmation number of your order confirmation page or log in to your account to see the most recent order status, or simply contact our customer service.

13. My package was damaged when I received it, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged or you discover an error on the order, you must contact us before you return the package. Return may not be possible until agreement with 1sme.run has been reached.

14. I received the wrong item
Send an e-mail to our customer service and send us the pictures to show the problem. If the correct item is in stock, we will send it to you immediately. You pay for the return shipment. However, you will immediately receive the return shipment as soon as our items have been returned.

15. How can I return a product purchased on the site?
We design our products to deliver quality and performance to the active life of our customers. We feel the same way about customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item, let us do it.
The return policy for products that are purchased varies depending on the terms of the campaigns in which they were purchased. Special circumstances may require a partnership with business partners. For more information, contact our customer service.

16. How and when will I receive a refund?
The refund usually takes place within two weeks after receipt of your return and is executed automatically, depending on how you paid the origin order. In exceptional circumstances, it may take longer to repay, but no longer than 30 days.
The money is credited to the card that was used when ordering. When you search on your bank statement or your money is credited to your bank account or not, you must go back and look at the date the order was placed, because it often seems that the money is returned in connection with the order date.
